Replenishment Manager (Replenishment Administration Leader)

Location: Birmingham Airport
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days, between 6am and 8pm
Salary: Competitive, plus 12% management bonus

About the Role

As a Replenishment Administration Leader at World Duty Free, you’ll ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of our replenishment and administrative operations. You’ll build effective stakeholder relationships, coach your team to deliver outstanding service and standards, and drive stock availability to meet customer demand.

Working towards maintaining 98% stock availability, you’ll lead the team to optimise space allocation, streamline stock flow, and minimise loss through robust rotation and control processes. You’ll also manage the Goods In function, ensuring all stock is received accurately, in saleable condition, and correctly recorded in our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the company’s service proposition through targeted, efficient replenishment.
  • Maximise operational efficiency by proactively detasking service roles.
  • Understand business objectives and translate them into clear team actions.
  • Apply strong knowledge of marketing, merchandising, and space planning to uphold company display standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the replenishment team to deliver seamless stock flow and exceptional visual merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance in all replenishment and administrative processes to support sales, cost targets, and operational excellence.
