Description & Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Logistics Department Manager to lead and inspire our warehouse and logistics operations. This is a key leadership position responsible for optimising team performance, enhancing productivity, and ensuring smooth execution of all logistics and warehousing processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture where teamwork, recognition, and professional development are prioritised.
  • Design and maintain an optimal team structure to ensure high levels of productivity and quality across all locations.
  • Oversee warehousing operations to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) within defined procedures.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and performance.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new leaders, creating a supportive environment for rapid integration and contribution.
  • Track productivity and communicate targets clearly to all teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and resolve warehouse-related issues impacting performance.
  • Enable team growth through continuous coaching and personalised development plans.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise stock levels, ensuring commercial performance and maintaining retail standards.
  • Promote employee engagement across company platforms.
  • Lead by example—fostering an empowering, transparent, and motivated work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics or warehouse leadership roles.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and KPI-driven performance.
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
