Description & Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Leader to oversee the maintenance operations within the Logistics Operation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing a team and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment and systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.

  • Undertake the scheduling of inspections and reviews to meet requirements.

  • Work collaboratively with Planning Managers and Health and Safety.

  • To carry out on call duties and be available for contact out of hours.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

  • Manage the maintenance budget, including cost control and procurement of parts and tools.

  • Support all Logistic Managers and lead a team

  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and prepare regular reports for management.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
