Operations Inventory Loss Prevention Leader
Location – Heathrow
Pay – competitive hourly rate plus excellent benefits
Working pattern – 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.15pm
Please note there is some flexibility needed for the occasional night or earlier/later start with working weekends every 1 in 3.

World Duty Free have a rare and very exciting job opening for an Operations Inventory Loss Prevention Leader. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, whilst having maximum impact on the stores within the airport. You will be responsible for protecting profits and reducing loss, whilst influencing shop floor team members to be fully compliant in service and administration. You will review and implement H&S, compliance and risk policies and regularly monitor the audit processes. Other responsibilities will include:
Maintaining cash, security, and insurance
Monitoring stock integrity, stock counts and validating results
Generating reports regarding incidents involving stock within required timescales
Ensuring that CCTV, security alarms, key access to the safe and high value products have been checked with supporting evidence
Applicable legislation is applied for the selling of Liquor & Tobacco – large sales procedures, age restricted sales control of alcohol, duty paid stamps tamper control & tasting stock
What do you need to be an Operations Inventory Loss Prevention Leader?
Strong retail experience
Knowledge of loss prevention and stock integrity
Confidence in communication with varying levels and ability to build relationships
Familiarity of policies within a retail or airport environment
