Shift – 5 days out of 7, 8am – 6:30pm

Advanced Customer Service Assistants have a very exciting role to play in our stores, building rapport with our customers, providing them with an enjoyable journey, sharing your knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for our luxurious products.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Support the Brand Supervisor in inspiring the team and acting as a role model
  • Deliver an individualised world class service experience for every customer
  • Maximise sales opportunities using world class service skills and knowledge of products and promotions
  •  Open & close, run the store, deliver briefings to team in absence of the Brand Supervisor
  •   Demonstrate positive personal behaviours and a can-do attitude
  •   Work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the store
