Resourcing Administrator

Location – Manchester Airport - HR Offices 

Pay – competitive hourly rate plus excellent benefits 

Contract – 25-30 hours per week

Working pattern – 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 1000-1500 - can be flexible between 0830-1700

We have an excellent opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Resourcing Administrator to join us and support the Resourcing Advisor at our Manchester Airport HR Office. 

This will include:

  • Recruitment and induction support
  • Referencing new starters
  • Starter, Leaver and other contractual administration
  • Conduct Security interviews in line with pass office regulations
  • Arrange Temporary visitor passes in line with needs of the business 
  • Temporary Employment Passes to be processed where necessary 
  • Complete full ID pass process 
  • Support pass queries for current employees
  • General resourcing administrative tasks

We are seeking an Administrator, with the following experience:

  • Excellent systems knowledge, in particular Excel knowledge
  • A confident communicator, who can liaise effectively at all levels
  • Highly organised, trustworthy and confidential
