Description & Requirements

Warehouse Shift Leader - Lowfield Heath - 38.5 Hours Per Week. 

Shift pattern - 4 nights on, 4 nights off, between the hours of 1800-0600

Competitive Annual Salary plus 21% night allowance

Can you lead, coach and develop a dynamic and diverse team of people?

As a Warehouse Shift Leader within World Duty Free you can concentrate on the operations ensuring delivery of your department and management of your team. You will motivate and develop your team to deliver a high performance of warehouse operations so our retail outlets receive their orders on time and in full. It will be your responsibility to ensure all deliveries go out on time and deal with any issue efficiently and effectively.

There is also plenty of opportunity to progress to the next management level for someone who is ambitious and inspired when it comes to excellent operational standards service and leadership.
