Location - Newcastle Road, Newcastle, Ballymahon, Co. Longford, Ireland, N39 RH95

Pay – Competitive annual salary plus bonus

Contract – 40 hours per week, full time, permanent

Shift – 5 days out of 7, 8am – 6:30pm

The Center Parcs Village currently operate 3 stores, Just Kids, selling childrens toys, Store room, selling gifts and Aquatique, selling swim fashion and accessories. These concepts offer high end brands at competitive prices in a unique and enticing retail environment.

What do you need, to be a Store Manager at World Duty Free?

As the Store Manager you will maximise the commercial potential of our tempting range of products and categories through excellent customer service and dynamic leadership of a supervisor and the customer service team. In this role you will coach, mentor and continually develop your teams to achieve and maintain exceptional standards of customer service and operational excellence and to implement initiatives for driving sales. 

Our ideal Manager will have confidence in working independently and show a strong initiative to make key decisions that support and drive the success of the business. You will also demonstrate a passion for communicating with your stakeholders, ensuring great relationships are developed and maintained. 

If you have leadership experience within Retail and experience of managing and coaching teams with a proven track record of delivering against KPIs, then we would love to hear from you. We are looking for an adaptable and innovative manager with a passion for retail!
