Customer Service Leader (Department Manager)
Location: Leeds Bradford Airport
Contract: Full-time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive salary plus 12% management bonus

This is a strong opportunity for a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Manager looking to take the next step in a dynamic airport retail environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Inspire, coach, and motivate your team to exceed sales targets
Create a culture of exceptional customer service
Lead by example on the shop floor
Collaborate with fellow leaders to drive overall store success
Own and maximise your department’s commercial performance
Develop your team through daily coaching and team huddles

Proven success leading teams in retail, sales, or customer service
Strong communication and people leadership skills
A customer-first mindset
Energy, drive, and a positive leadership style
A passion for developing others and delivering results
