As Store Manager, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a large, diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, profit margins, and key KPIs including conversion, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with all operational, legal, and security requirements.
• Oversee stock control, merchandising, and visual presentation to company standards.
• Ensure effective workforce planning and scheduling to maximise productivity.
• Drive employee engagement, supporting development and career progression.
• Implement company initiatives and change programmes effectively at store level.
• Report on performance, analyse data, and use insights to inform commercial decisions.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret data to drive performance.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Additional languages are an advantage, but not essential.
