Stock & Logistics Manager
Location: Gatwick Airport
Job Type: Full time permanent
Are you a highly organised logistics professional with a passion for optimizing stock management and leading high-performing teams? We are seeking a Stock & Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and efficient stock replenishment across our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock & Inventory Management – Ensure accurate stock control through regular inventory planning, high-value stock counts, and effective replenishment strategies. Maintain optimal stock levels in line with business demands.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination – Work closely with the Country Supply Chain team to manage the arrival of orders, allocate warehouse space, and oversee the return of goods from stores. Ensure smooth and efficient stock flow.
Warehouse Operations & Efficiency – Organise warehouse schedules, resources, and processes to maximize productivity. Oversee the preparation of delivery orders and ensure compliance with the Automatic Replenishment System.
Team Leadership & Development – Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Conduct regular performance reviews, create Personal Development Plans (PDPs), and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Compliance & Loss Prevention – Ensure all processes align with health & safety, risk, and compliance policies. Oversee the handling of damaged/discarded products, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with customs regulations.
In-Store Merchandising Support – Ensure efficient replenishment and presentation of products in stores, meeting merchandising standards and enhancing the customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and key stakeholders to streamline logistics, improve efficiency, and enhance overall supply chain performance.

Proven experience in stock management, logistics, or supply chain operations
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control
Knowledge of health & safety, risk management, and compliance standards
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive process improvements
