Retail Manager - Lead the Way at Gatwick Airport!

Are you an accomplished and driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? World Duty Free is seeking a highly capable Retail Manager to take charge of our team at Gatwick airport


Contract – 38.5 hours per week, full time, permanent,

2 week pattern - every other weekend off, Early shifts (3am - 14:00) & Late shifts (10am to 9.30pm)

Salary - Annual salary with a 12% Management Bonus

Your Responsibilities:

As a Retail Manager, you will have a critical role in driving the success of our store. Your key responsibilities will include:

Inspiring and leading the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience

Coaching and developing the team to achieve sales targets and uphold store standards

Collaborating with peers and Customer Service Leaders to ensure seamless operations

Maximizing department and category performance to optimize overall store success

Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty


What You Need:

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and qualities:

Proven track record in successfully managing a team within a retail customer service and sales environment

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels

Strong customer focus and the ability to engage and influence both internal and external customers

Self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, and a natural team leader

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day store operations
