Advanced Customer Service Assistant
Center Parcs - Elveden Forest
Full time, Permanent
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Service Leader in inspiring the team and acting as a role model
- Deliver an individualised world class service experience for every customer
- Maximise sales opportunities using world class service skills and knowledge of products and promotions
- Open & close, run the store, deliver briefings to team in absence of the customer service leader
- Demonstrate positive personal behaviours and a can-do attitude
- Work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the store
What You Need:
- Passion about working in a team
- Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Supervisory or Keyholder experience
