Operation Support Assistant

Location – Manchester Airport

Pay – competitive hourly rate plus excellent benefits (4am-6am get an additional 20% premium for the unsociable hours)

Contract – Full Time, Permanent, 38.75 hours per week

Working pattern – 4 / 5 days out of 7, hours to be discussed at interview.

As an Operation Support Assistant, you will take personal responsibility for providing effective and efficient administration and compliance to support the front of house customer service teams, to enable them to focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.


You will achieve this by:

  • bags checks daily
  • Managing cash handling procedures and highlighting discrepancies
  • Completing accident and incident reports for store
  • Assisting in stock takes
  • Prepare reports relating to transactions, sales, and performance
  • Creating rosters, visitor pass paperwork
  • Proactively responding to IT issues
  • Ensuring Health and Safety standards are adhered to

What do you need?

  • Good time management, working to tight deadlines
  • Confident and effective communication
  • IT experience
  • Administration experience
