As an Advanced Customer Service Assistant in our with World Duty Free you will support the Customer Service Leaders to ensure that the shop floor is operational at all times with sufficient staff in the right place, maintaining the required standards and maximising the opportunities for further sales.
You will have strong customer service skills and be a real team player; you will be dedicated and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will thrive on a busy airport environment, a fantastic product selection, and most of all the very best customer service.
