As a Retail Manager within World Duty Free you can concentrate on what you do best, getting to know your customer and your team. Your main focus will be to motivate and coach your staff to deliver the best customer experience in store. You will need to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness to drive sales and customer service.
You will be part of a management team working within high turnover stores serving millions of customers annually, offering quality brands within Luxury, Beauty, Liquor, Tobacco, Confectionary and Tax Free.
