As a Retail Manager, you will be passionate about providing customers with an unforgettable level of customer service. You will role model this amongst your team, being the driving force behind our world class shopping experience. Leading from the front, you will motivate and develop your team to maximise performance, instilling in them the importance of providing the very best passenger engagement within your store. Your main focus will be to influence and coach your staff to deliver this service whilst keeping our customers close to heart.
You will be part of a structured management team working within one of our £multi-million turnover terminal stores, serving millions of customers from all corners of the world, offering high quality, premium brands within Luxury, Beauty, Liquor, Tobacco, Confectionary and Tax Free.
