As a Customer Service Manager at World Duty Free you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about driving business change and results through focusing on our retail customers. Influencing your colleagues and engaging with our teams, consultants and agencies will also be critical to ensure delivery of continuous profit growth by creating a great place to work and shop.
