Global Training Coordinator - Head Office, Bedfont Lakes

We have an opportunity for a Global Training Coordinator to assist in the implementation of the global L&D programs that result in successful business teams, who will thrive in the retail environment!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working in collaboration with L&D Managers and HR Directors in planning the annual training plan, maintaining the quality delivery and implementation in line with business expectation.
  • Coordinating multiple projects at one time with teams across numerous countries, tracking and communicating milestones throughout the project to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assisting the global L&D Admin to create and distribute global reports as required and providing analysis of training related KPI results.
  • Uploading new and improved training materials on to the Learning Management System.

You will have:

  • Training and development experience with knowledge of retail or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly the use of Microsoft Office.
