World Duty Free, part of Dufry, are looking for a driven Division Communications Executive to join our team! You will be responsible for providing daily support to the communications team, managing external and internal activities and supporting the day to day running of a busy press office.

Your role will be to…

  • Assist and contribute to the implementation of the PR & Social Media plan
  • Develop and support relationships with trade, consumer & lifestyle press and  airport-related communications
  • Support the execution of press and influencer events
  • Support the delivery of PR & social media content to airport partners
  • Develop and deliver the internal communication program
  • Manage the availability and distribution of press samples to key press contacts.

We’re looking for someone with…

  • Experience in a PR or Communications role
  • Strong writing skills with an ability to manage both print and digital editorial requests
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Creativity, passion and strong organisation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to establish and build relationships with all stakeholders with a strong focus on media contacts.
