Shift Leader – Warehouse Operations

Full Time | 4 on, 4 off, 0600-1800

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Shift Leader to support our fast-paced bonded warehouse operation at World Duty Free. You’ll lead a team to deliver efficient, safe, and high-quality warehouse performance across areas such as Goods In, Picking, Replenishment, and Despatch.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a team to meet daily operational KPIs
• Plan staffing and manage workflow across shifts
• Drive productivity (picking rates, dispatch targets, deadlines)
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety and compliance
• Support training, development, and performance management
• Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver great service

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Basic IT skills (Word/Excel)
• Knowledge of bonded warehouse operations (desirable)
