We’re looking for an experienced senior HR professional to join the newly formed Senior Management Team of a fast paced B2B customer facing business. As the new HR Director, you will be supported by two HR Business Partners and will report to the Managing Director.
The company has been recently created as the result of a business merger and brings together years of expertise and knowledge in their specialist market sector. The new company employs c.800 people across 5 UK regions and is dedicated to providing exceptional levels of customer service through their well-trained and qualified team. The new business has not previously had a HR function and so this needs building from the ground up.
Based from the head office in Hampshire, just north of Southampton, this role is about building an effective HR service and people strategy that is fully aligned to the business and drives high performance in order to deliver results. This is a broad, generalist HR role that will require you to be both strategic and operational. You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and will partner the new Managing Director to ensure that managers have the right skills, tools and behaviours to drive the business forward.
