We are seeking an influential individual to successfully lead a major business transformation to our Client’s UK operations, changing the business model to become customer led.
Working with the UK Executive Leadership team you will plan and manage the change implementation, including all programme elements. The key top level processes and core accountabilities include:
- Design, implementation and support of the business transformation programme
- Influencing the Executive Leadership team and leading the Programme team
- Supporting all business functions
- The scope impacts approximately 2,000 colleagues in more than 80 sites across the UK
The ideal candidate will manage projects and programmes taking decisions to start, stop or continue with these, with a clear risk assessment and ROCE. Industry experience is not essential but manufacturing, distribution, B2B and B2C experience is desirable.
You will have the ability to funnel multiple projects into an agreed programme, including identifying blind spots in existing plans. With solid business acumen you will also have demonstrable personal power, influence and turn-around skills.
