A fantastic opportunity has arisen for you to join our growing Service division. As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be working at the very heart of our Head Quarters, liaising closely with back-office, planners, engineers and key stakeholders, with some national travel to our other sites to collaborate with the wider business.

How you will make an impact: 

 

Utilising your valuable expertise in the area of system services by working with technology, systems and various bespoke applications in order to drive system improvement and efficiencies.

 

You will:


  • Split function: Business Process & Systems Specialism, Project Support & IT Liaison.
  • Standardize and document process flows across all regions.
  • Troubleshoot issues, educate, and create processes to prevent recurrence.
  • Constantly push boundaries within the system to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Work with the existing internal and external account managers and provide specialist support in conjunction with their day-to-day management operations.
  • Focus on deep diving into systems & processes to gain insights to recommend suitable improvements.
  • You will become our local technological systems liaison contact point for Daikin Europe HQ IT department, to guide any system changes through to successful implementation.

 

About you: 

 

You will be proficient in Salesforce (modules, features & applications) which will aid your ability to swiftly establish an adept understanding of our other systems and related process flows across various platforms (e.g. DSM, StandByMe, CEC, Salesforce and Masterdata in SAP etc).

 

Applying your systematic, analytical, problem-solving mindset to address issues/challenges, by generating business case for appropriate system changes.

 

You will thrive in working in a standalone, fast paced, collaborative environment and as such, be efficient and organised with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
