How You Can Play Your Part


As a key member of the Sales Planning Team, you’ll support the Sales Planning Manager and collaborate with the Heads of Residential Business to shape and execute strategic plans that drive residential sales growth.


This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a cross-functional team environment.


You Will:


    Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights

    Analyse customer demographics and purchasing behaviours to inform strategy

    Deliver monthly invoicing reports by sector and region

    Collaborate with sales teams to develop accurate, data-driven forecasts

    Monitor and adjust forecasts based on market dynamics

    Support long-term sales strategy development and target setting

    Track performance metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership

    Align with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive planning

    Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and follow up on action items

    Lead forecast meetings and maintain daily sales trackers

    Own and drive corporate sales priorities and initiatives

    Support ad hoc sales requests, including promotions and market analysis


About You


    Strong knowledge of the HVAC market and products

    Degree in Economics, Business Studies, or a related field

    Proven experience in a B2B environment

    Customer-focused with a proactive, positive attitude

    Highly organised and able to manage tight deadlines

    Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
