How You Can Play Your Part:   


As a HSQE Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the way in maintaining our legal compliance for Health, Safety and Environmental obligations. 


You Will Be:


  • Collaborating with various internal stakeholders, within our Service & HSQE departments. 
  • Designing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen internal policies, procedures, and processes in support of HSE standards.
  • Conducting regular internal audits to ensure service operations fulfil our regulatory requirements. 
  • Investigating HSE incidents to establish root cause and implement corrective actions where applicable. 
  • Influencing, educating and implementing robust standards & SOPs across the wider business. 


About You:


  • You will have an excellent track record for driving HSQE practices amongst the Service sector (ideally within HVAC domain).
  • Proven experience in conducting internal audits and providing corrective actions. 
  • Qualified in NEBOSH, IOSH, HSQE with adept knowledge of ISO9001 & ISO14001.
  • A self-starter who is highly motivated to forge a clear direction for compliance that will support our ambitious service growth targets.
