How You Can Play Your Part:
As part of the Customer Onboarding team, you will play a key role in supporting internal and external stakeholders to effectively access and use Daikin systems. You will guide users on processes, resolve access and account queries, manage Stand By Me customer enquiries, and work with internal teams to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience.
