How You Can Play Your Part:
As part of the Customer Onboarding & Systems Support team, you will play a key role in supporting customers, installers and internal teams to effectively use Daikin systems, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing system access.
You Will:
• Manage and respond to MyDaikin enquiries and support requests
• Process and maintain user accounts, logins, permissions and access requests within SLA
• Provide support for system issues, including troubleshooting technical problems
• Act as a key liaison between users and internal IT/systems teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs and user guidance
• Deliver training and onboarding support for new customers using Daikin platforms
• Use multiple systems and platforms across the business
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high levels of customer service and delivery
