Working in a team of three, our Customer Service Agents are customer facing, either on the hire desk, dealing with bookings and customer queries or out in the yard, checking the vehicles in and out. The need to be organised is a must in this role along with strong communication skills and the ability to re-prioritise work because at times, you’ll be responding to an email, talking on the phone and also dealing with a walk in customer. You will ensure all paperwork is raised, as well as updating our computer systems. This isn’t just an office based role and you’ll be required to carry out some of your duties outside in the yard, whatever the weather. There will be some driving involved therefore a full driving licence is essential, together with the confidence to drive vans up to 3.5 tonne.
