We’re going through a huge period of change at the moment and we’re looking to hire a Health & Safety Business Partner to help us keep Health & Safety at the top of everyone’s agenda
As our new Health & Safety Business Partner no two days will ever be the same. You’ll spend around 50% of your time office based and the other 50% visiting the branches in your area, ensuring we continue to be best in class in terms of Health & Safety. Your days will be varied, diverse, challenging, but more than anything, motivating. You’ll get the chance to work with an incredible H&S team and will get exposed to our senior management team on a regular basis through territory and regional meetings. You’ll cover the South East and you can be based from any of our branches there.
For you to be successful in this role you’ll ideally be NEBOSH qualified and studying towards the next level, you might even have the IEMA and IOSH qualifications too. With his being a Business Partner role, it’s really important that you have brilliant communication and influencing skills, and that you build relationships naturally. You’ll hopefully come from a multi-site background too, we’d prefer it, but it isn’t essential
