Workshop Manager – Rochdale – Salary £32,500

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Workshop Manager to join our friendly, hardworking team at Rochdale.

As our Workshop Manager, you will manage a team of 5, including our skilled Technicians, Workshop Controller and Workshop Administrator.

Including day to day management of the Workshop Team, you will also:

  • Be an advocate of first-class customer service
  • Adapt positive and constructive methods of communication with customers and co-workers
  • Be flexible and adaptable to work closely with our Rental Team to ensure maximum efficiency of the function of the Workshop
  • Have the confidence to make managerial decisions independently where appropriate
  • Follow our financial and workshop administration procedures
  • Be an approachable source of advice and support to both our Workshop Team and the wider Branch Team
  • Promote a solid health, safety and environmental culture within the Workshop environment, ensuring absolute adherence to regulation

It is essential you are at least a Level 3 qualified Technician, with a minimum of 12 months managerial or supervisory experience working within a vehicle workshop environment. You will be confident when problem solving and work with the team to ensure any training or development needs are met promptly.
