We are currently recruiting for a Sales Performance Analyst based in our new contemporary commercial hub in Reading.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, Planning and Reporting, you will hold a vital role within the Sales Analyst Team.
You will be responsible for reporting on sales performance management data to a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner, working with Finance Business Partners to ensure that the sales incentive scheme and KPIs are aligned and supporting the production and consolidation of weekly volume and revenue forecasts across the regional sales team.
You will support any ad-hoc project work across the sales function, as well as the production of quarterly revenue forecasts and annual budgets.
To be considered for this role, you must be at least a part qualified Management Accountant (either AAT or CIMA) ideally with a background of working within or alongside a Sales Team. You will be confident to present trading updates and performance summaries at our regular regional sales meetings and preferably have experience of interpreting large volumes of data sets and providing insights.
