UK Reporting Analyst - Reading - Up to £50,000

It’s probably the most exciting time in our business’ history just now.  We’re opening an amazing new commercial hub in Reading town centre that will hold a sizeable commercial operation.  An exciting opportunity has opened up to join Northgate as a UK Reporting Analyst as part of the Finance and Commercial teams, we looking for someone who is at the top of their game to join our Revolution in Reading.

As the UK Reporting Analyst you will provide critical management reporting to the UK Commercial and Northgate Group management teams to prepare accurate, relevant and timely commercial reporting, covering Sales, Marketing, and CRM.  We are looking for someone who is extremely analytical that can use their commercial or operational finance experience to help steer business decisions that will increase growth and strengthen our core business.

As part of this role you will add value and assist in the commercial activities such as customer proposals, pricing and target setting, for new business and financial evaluation of campaigns.  You will play a critical role in the re-development of planning and reporting in the Sales teams and ensure standardisation and consistency of data collection and output.  You will ensure that the business strategy is supported through provision of first class reporting, which is right first time.

In order to be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has a strong numerical background with excellent commercial and financial understanding, knowledge and experience.  You will need to have knowledge of the key drivers and KPI’s within a commercial setting.

We are looking for someone who has an understanding of data structures, in particular customer master file, pricing and tariffs alongside the experience of an ERP system is a pre-requisite.
