Northgate are currently going through probably the most exciting time in our business’ history.  We’ve opened up a new commercial hub in the centre of Reading and we’re just about to move into our permanent office there.  The team in Reading is brimming with some of the most talented people in the area and we’re looking for someone to join us in a role to support the Executive PA.  This is a perfect opportunity for someone with limited PA experience or for someone wanting exposure to a larger business.

As our PA support it’ll be your responsibility to facilitate travel for our UK Executive Team, you’ll book their travel, their hotels, as well as any connections etc.  You’ll also do all of the expenses as well as booking meeting rooms for the team as, when and where they need it.  You’ll manage the diaries for a number of the Executive Team and you’ll make sure that they are in the places they need to be, on time.  You’ll also support the UK Executive PA in their duties as well as carrying out any ad-hoc duties that are required.

In order for you to be successful in this role you’ll need to have some experience of managing multiple diaries at once as well as experience of booking complex travel arrangements in the UK and overseas.  You’ll need to be used to working in a fast paced environment as well as being great with Microsoft Office.

We’re offering a basic salary of up to £33,500 (DOE) as well as an extremely competitive benefits package for the successful candidate.  You’ll also get the opportunity to work in an extremely talented team, with direct access to the most senior people in our business, in one of the best locations in Reading.  For full details on the benefits package please visit
