As our new Sales Analyst you’ll report directly into the Sales Director and you’ll have full ownership of our sales strategy and you’ll plan for business performance on a daily basis. You’ll analyse, build and amend reports that’ll detail any risks/opportunities on our top accounts, reporting any concerns to the Sales Director. You’ll need to understand the market trends and what impact these can have on Northgate. You’ll also need to look at past performance on a whole and on an individual account basis so that we’re not making the same mistakes twice and so that we can drive growth
In order to be successful in this role you’ll be degree educated and you’ll definitely need to demonstrate extensive analytical and process change experience, if this experience was gained in a sales/commercial environment then even better. You’ll need extensive knowledge of IT systems and you’ll need the ability to learn new systems quickly. Our business and market are very fast paced so you’ll also need to be able to work under pressure and to tight timescales
