WORKSHOP ADMINISTRATOR – PENRITH – Salary £20500+ Annual Bonus up to £800

We are expanding and opening a FABULOUS NEW PURPOSE-BUILT BRANCH in Penrith

Your typical working day: 

As the Workshop Administrator you hold a crucial role in the modern

workshop at Penrith as you are providing the support and

communication link between the team and the customers ensuring the

smooth running of the workshop. You will provide general

administrative support which includes reception duties, planning and 

managing the technician’s workload, ordering parts, ensuring vehicle

job cards are completed and liaising with customers ensuring their 

expectations are met and exceeded. You will also oversee booking our

vehicles in for planned maintenance. 

Our ideal Workshop Administrator is someone who can:

  • Make this role their own
  • Provide exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone 
  • Demonstrate a strong administration background and a keen eye for detail
  • Work methodically, prioritise, multi-task and manage own workload
  • Show confidence with various IT packages including Excel, Word & outlook 
  • Maintain professional and positive working relationships
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
