If you've always wanted to play a part in a leading company, here's your chance. Right now, we're looking for talented Workshop Managers throughout our UK network to support us in our ambitious growth plans.
We're looking for individuals who can successfully lead a team but also love rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in. So, if you mix strong technical skills with a commitment to customer service, we've got just the part for you.
As a Manager you will run the workshop and manage the workshop team. You'll make sure that everyone in the workshop has what they need to work as effectively and efficiently as possible. It means promoting a thorough Health and Safety culture, checking work against internal and external standards and leading, motivating and inspiring your team to perform at their best.
Day to day, you'll stay in touch with various departments to ensure that your team can meet their requirements. And you'll keep a close eye on key business targets when it comes to maximising warranty claims.
A qualified, time-served mechanic, you'll have previous experience of leading staff in a vehicle workshop. You'll also have City and Guilds Level 1, 2, and 3 or equivalent qualifications and ideally a BSC Health and Safety Level 2 qualification. A full driving licence, excellent IT skills and a confident and flexible approach are all just as important.
In return, we can offer you the chance to build a career that's just as exciting as our future and also to work in a friendly, fast-paced and forward looking environment, where you can really make your mark. Our salary and benefits package is very competitive and includes employee discounts, pension, bonus scheme and 23 days holiday.
