In our busy workshops, customer service is a priority. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers are dealt with in a courteous and professional manner. You will be involved in the day to day running of the workshop, being the main point of contact between customers, technicians and the administration team, so good people skills and teamwork are important.
We’re looking for someone who also has excellent administration and communication skills, previous experience in a dealership or workshop environment would be great but is not essential.
