We’re looking for someone to join the team as a Senior Customer Support Representative at our busy Customer Support Centre in Darlington. This is a new and exciting opportunity to working closely with the team manager to ensure the team is managed effectively to meet customer expectations and service delivery.
As the Senior Customer Support Representative, you’ll be dealing with customer communications giving, advice and support, delivering the highest level of customer service. You’ll also support the Fines team manager in the development of the team, and all other areas of responsibility including reviewing working practises and processes. You will be required to highlight areas of change and the training needs of the team and to promote a continuous improvement mentality at all times.
You’ll assist the team in achieving their targets and objectives and provide a proactive and professional service to customers.
You’ll need to have a strong administrative background, be proficient on Microsoft Office packages and enjoy working as part of a team. Experience in people management is not essential but will be considered.
