Training & HR Co-ordinator – Darlington – Fixed Term Contract until December 2019

Our training team is about to get super busy.  We’ve got a brand new company wide system we’re going to be rolling out, and this needs to be delivered to over 60 branches UK wide, as well as our Head Office and Commercial Hub in Reading, and that’s why they need a Training Co-ordinator to support them and the wider project through to completion in December 2019

As our new HR and Training Co-ordinator it’ll be your responsibility to make sure that all training and activities for the project team go ahead as planned, as well as ensuring all training reports and compliance is up to date.  You’ll also support the wider HR team with any policies & documents that need to change as a direct result of the project, as well as supporting the Recruitment team with the on-boarding of new hires onto the project.  There’ll also be administrative duties and ad-hoc reporting when required by the Organisational Change Manager 

For you to be successful in this role we think it would be really helpful if you had experience in a busy HR/Training environment (although this isn’t essential), but you’ll definitely need an exceptional eye for detail, you’ll need to be very organised and be able to build great relationships with some of the more senior figures on the project.  It would also be ideal if you’d had experience using a HR database (ideally iTrent)
