Are you an Account Manager whose skills are being used in a more of a new sales context? Do you long to be able to get right under the skin of your accounts and do what Account Managers should be doing? If this is you, then we have the perfect role at Northgate.
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Internal Sales team in Darlington. As one of our Account Managers you’ll be given a bank of trading accounts and it’ll be your responsibility to ensure we’re delivering on what we promised to them. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that you’re sorting out any issues that they have, as well as ensuring they’re using the correct products for their business needs. You’ll need to be doing quarterly account reviews as well as discussing any new offerings we have with them.
For you to be a success in this role you’ll need a background in Sales & Account Management first of all. You’ll need to be a natural communicator who is used to offering viable solutions to problems. You’ll need to be able to work in fast paced environment and be able to adapt an ever-changing landscape.
We’re offering a basic salary of £20k to the successful candidate as well as a realistic OTE of between £35-40k. We’re a market leader in our industry and we continue to grow, giving our staff the opportunity to grow with us.
