Sales Consultant - £20k, dependent on experience, with an achievable OTE of circa £50k.

You’re a Salesperson, you’re money hungry, and rightly so. But you’re shackled by your companies commission structure, there’s multipliers and thresholds and loads of other things that mean your 50k OTE suddenly becomes 5k more than your basic. Frustrating, right? Well it doesn’t have to be that way. Imagine working somewhere where you could genuinely achieve 50k, and average performers will be walking away with 40k this year. Oh, and did I mention you’ll be selling a service, that is genuinely unrivalled?

We’re looking for a Telesales Executive to join an established successful sales team here at Northgate based in Darlington. As a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for establishing excellent relationships with new and existing customers, using your telephone sales techniques to generate business, encourage new leads and confirm appointments for the field sales teams.

The main aim of the Telesales executive is to achieve continuous profitable sales growth through the achievement of VOH (vehicles on hire) and revenue from new business sales opportunities and existing customer accounts.

You will be targeted against the number of appointments made so the right person for this role will be tenacious, resilient and passionate in character. We are looking for someone who has Experience in new business sales and/or account management, ideally with B2B sales experience with a focus on SMEs.

For us, the most important thing about our Telesales Executive is that you are self-motivated and able to manage multiple requirements and demands at once. You’ll ideally have worked in a similar lead generator or appointment booking role and have really good customer service skills; this is because you’ll need to be able to respond to both internal and external stakeholders in an effective and timely manner.
