As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll join our Operations Support Team at the busy Customer Support Centre in Darlington. You’ll be logging and coordinating information for our customers which requires a high level of accuracy and you’ll take full ownership of any issues that arise. In this role you’ll be completing a lot of administration responsibilities as well as handling calls to ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines, meets targets and objectives whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
The ideal Customer Support Representative will have knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and enjoy working as part of a team.
So if you have experience of working in a customer service or administrative environment and can communicate effectively and confidently whilst dealing with high volumes of information, this could be the role for you.
