Earn an attractive salary up to £17,123, working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday answering calls from our valued customers.
Working in a team of 4, you are responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls, booking in maintenance events such as; service, MOT, warranty work and recalls for both our Northgate and Van Monster brands. Working within 2 internal IT systems, you will accurately input the vehicle information and then allocate the work to a number of our workshops, independent garages and dealerships. There is some outbound telephone work, calling customers and third party suppliers.
Your Manager Keith, will coach and support you through your role, while developing your confidence, growing your company knowledge and your ability to assist our all-important customers’ needs.
Located in our Customer Contact Centre on Lingfield Way Darlington, you’ll be part of the wider customer support team and we have so much to offer you!
