Split into three sections, our Administrators deal with all vehicle related admin; vehicle documents, online fine and tax payments, accurately updating internal systems and customer portals whilst responding to internal email requests.

Your job title will be Customer Support Representative, working in a team of 12, carrying out all aspects of administration for the various customer support teams who are all based within our Darlington Head Office location on Lingfield Way. This is a busy team, with lots of varied administration tasks to complete so organisational skills are a fundamental requirement, together with previous administration experience, be confident and IT literate when using computers, a high attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

Working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday on a shift rota of 08:00-16:30 or 09:00-17:30, your package includes a salary of £16332, 23 days holiday, plus additional birthday holiday as well as many more perks which can be found by visiting:
