We’re looking for someone to join our Scheduling Team at the busy Customer Support Centre in Darlington. You will schedule vehicles due in for service and MOT by planning ahead and liaising with customers and suppliers. The role consists of administration tasks as well as handling calls to ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines, to targets and objectives whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
If you have experience of working in a customer service or administrative environment, and can communicate effectively and confidently whilst dealing with high volumes of information, this could be the role for you. You’ll need to have a strong administrative background and be proficient on Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel and enjoy working as part of a team.
