Do you love providing a high level of customer service? Do you thrive on solving problems and building key relationships with others? If so, then we want to speak with you!  We are looking for two experienced and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative’s to join the Customer Support Centre based in Darlington.



As part of the Customer Support Centre no two days will be same, and you’ll deal with various different queries from inbound calls and information from customers, taking full ownership of any issues that arise, as well as offering advice and support in a professional manner. We need someone who can work to targets and objectives whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.



So, if you have experience of working in a customer service environment and can communicate effectively and confidently whilst dealing with high volumes of information, this could be the role for you.  You’ll need to have a strong administrative background and be proficient on Microsoft Office packages and enjoy working as part of a team.
