We are recruiting for a Query Resolution Assistant to work within our busy office at our Darlington site. The main focus of the role will be to enhance customer relationships and minimise barriers to payment, through the prompt and accurate resolution of customer queries.
You will receive details of customer invoice disputes from both internal and external sources, ensuring that full details are accurately captured and entered onto the appropriate database. You will be required to investigate queries thoroughly, obtaining and reviewing all relevant documentation and written agreements as necessary.
We need someone who can work to targets and objectives whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy, ensuring that any underlying data or billing issues are accurately recorded and reported on.
You will need an understanding of the elements relating to the provision of an excellent customer experience and have excellent communication skills. You will be a team player who is able to build relationships and work well with other departments. You will be proficient on Microsoft Office packages to include Word and Excel.
