We have a fab new opportunity to join the team for our business applications replacement programme (BizApps), based in the Northgate Centre as a Project Planner.
As the Project Planner you will be responsible for supporting and delivering of programmes and projects using the Northgate methodology and professional best practice. You will also support project managers with the complex planning, scheduling, resourcing and administration of their projects and work packages - with tracking of time and costs for the project. This should be in line with pre-defined timescales, quality and budget which will be directed by the project manager.
The role will provide project planning support to assigned projects, analyse data, explain trends and highlight potential issues, develop reporting output from the project and work package risk registers.
The Project Planner will also work with the project managers to secure the appropriate resources and co-ordinate the internal project team and third-party contractors/suppliers in order to deliver assigned projects in line with the BizApps programme and the overall Northgate strategy.
You will require proven experience in a similar role and be confident using MS Project at an advanced level along side MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS SharePoint.
