Here at Northgate we looking to expand the current Learning and Talent team and bring in a number of Learning Partners to support as we make changes to the systems and processes that we use.
As the Learning Partner you will play a key partner to the Business Applications Project Team within Northgate in delivering learning and development initiatives across the UK in line with the project objectives. You will be part of a major business transformation to Northgate’s UK organisation, changing the business model to be customer led – in line with Northgate UK’s 3 year plan.
As the Learning Partner you will manage the design, delivery and reviewing of learning interventions for all aspects of the project. Confidently supporting staff, when requested, using various straight forward methods to embed individual learning.
The ideal Learning Partner will act as a change agent and lead, promote and support the project. To ensure effective on-going development of all learning and skills development, enhancing performance and productivity of all employees within the 5 talent and development tiers. You will be keeping content up to date and building strong stakeholder relationships and accountability for learning.
We are looking for someone who can make the most of every learning opportunity; optimise the learning experience through every delivered initiative.
To be considered for this role you will already have experience in a training position within a similar environment and be used to working in a busy and demanding team. A CIPD qualification would be desirable but not essential.
