We’re looking for someone to join the team at our busy Customer Support Centre in Darlington. You’ll be dealing with inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers dealing with their specific requests, handling any issues that arise, as well as offering advice and support in a professional manner. We need someone who has previously dealt with customer complaints and can work to targets and objectives whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
So if you have experience of working in a customer care environment, dealing with complex issues and can communicate effectively and confidently whilst dealing with high volumes of information, this could be the role for you. You’ll need to have a strong administrative background and be proficient on Microsoft Office packages and enjoy working as part of a team.
